Quick facts

  • A Design Validation variant of the Xbox Series X controller. I don't personally know much about it aside from that it was saved from being "smashed to bits." Steam sees it as an Xbox One Controller on original firmware, but lsusb does show the same IDs as a retail controller. Judging from the wear on the sticks, sticky left trigger, and damaged D-pad, I'm guessing this was used for durability testing of some sort.
  • Triggered are bigger
  • Grip texture is a bit different
