- Green/Clear (front) and white back colored console with a Pokémon themed border
- There are actually 2 variations of this console: a first print and a second print. The first print is insanely rare because it was a very limited run with mandatory extra custom clearance label on the back of the box while import agreements were getting sorted while the second / definitive print only had it more relaxed with the import label on the front of the box.
- What's even more fascinating on the first print boxes is that they had clearly designed the back with some blank space in the bottom center to host all the trademark holders referenced by the asterisk (Nintendo, Creatures inc., Game FREAK, etc.) but to avoid further delays due to import/export regulations, they went extra with import labels and simply taped the trademark info on top of it. Soon after they sorted the situation with the relevant regulators and managed to ease the double label situation and thus the second print came to release. This is also evidenced in the matching serials where anything above C17X (not sure on the X) was second print.
