- Mainboard revision 171-7782A. Bios loads with no ask to time set with 01.01.1950. It see Japanese retail games but reset game boot after "produced by or under license from sega enterprises ltd" and return to system bios menu.
- System menu has no differences from retail. The factory stamp on the back of the case indicates the production time as August 1998.
- There is no temperature sensor for the heat pipe and the console starts without it.
