- These were the very first Playstation Vita development kit's from circa 2009.
- 75 Units were produced for early development/qa, with only 1 known surviving unit.
- Went under the project/code name PSP2 as the "Vita" at this stage in development lacked an official product name.
- Comprised of a main unit with board connected via ribbon cable/power cable. Peripherals connected via USB "Camera Front/Back, Digitizers ect..." Power was supplied via an PSP power supply.First Vita dev-kit from 2009 - separate screen and motherboard - lots of wires!
